Ok! So, here’s what happened at the meeting yesterday.
I was kind of accepted into the program. I’ll be getting another promotion. I just won’t be doing the MIT program. Right now I am a Med-Tech. They just started it yesterday (which was a stupid busy day too.)
Once I have got a little bit of experience as a Med-Tech they are going to have me as a Med-Tech trainer. Which means I will be going around to other buildings training other people. I will also be a kind of stand-in supervisor or when our shift supervisor isn’t there.
This is a big deal. They also told me that there will be opportunities that may present themselves for me in the future. Exciting no? Yeah. Good news yesterday.
